Your Day of Ahhhh....

It's a lazy Sunday... the whole day! You arrive and enjoy a bagel and coffee or tea and fruit. This year, there's a complimentary continental breakfast. Then you chill at Dottie's Stress-Melter (it's free - with almost all the packages). Your day starts beautifully. You're relaxed and being fed - in body and spirit.

You choose a massage, a mani/pedi (by the waterfall), a chiropractic scan (<- NEW: read about it below), facial, or any of the other amazing services (fabulous list follows). Throughout the day, you pop into an aromatherapy or Tantra lecture, an Ayurveda or Make up consultation, or a Water Aerobic or QiGong class. Then you hang out by the pool or on the swing and relax some more.; Ahhhhhh. You feel great.

At noon, a scrumptious lunch, sponsored by Whole Foods is served. A buffet of organic fruits and veggies and other gourmet spa foods are spread out. You choose as many as you want to indulge in. And you go back as often as you wish.

At 4 pm, our charismatic Rabbi Marc leads a yoga and meditation session that is the perfect end to the perfect, perfect day.

Some people hang out a little longer luxuriating at the Wine & Cheese Chill (sponsored by Maria Daszkal). You depart smiling, having spent an amazing, relaxing day, treating your mind, body and soul to a well-deserved, five-star retreat, saying, "I can't wait to do this again next year."
